ABOUT US   AAP Staff The AAP Executive Director is Liam M. Deeley, JD. Liam has a Juris Doctorate from Northern Illinois University and worked as a certified assessment and referral specialist before taking on AAP’s Director position at the beginning of 2014.  Liam is devoted to bring awareness to the legal community of the services provided by the Attorneys and Judges Assistance Program.
